These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Impact Mídia website and the purchase and use of our digital products, Abundance Life and Drawings Stories (the "Products"), offered by Impact Mídia (54.794.067 Lucas Borchardt Borges, CNPJ 54.794.067/0001-74). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

Abundance Life is a personal daily prayer journal app for recording intentions, wishes, and spiritual/emotional reflection. Drawings Stories is a children's app offering faith-based coloring activities and narrated audio stories, designed for parent-guided use. Both Products are delivered digitally and are available in English and French.

Our online reseller and merchant of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd, who handles all payment processing, billing, and applicable sales tax on our behalf. Paddle may be shown as the merchant on your payment statement. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes required by law.

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Product or its content.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

All content within the Products — including text, illustrations, audio, and branding — is owned by Impact Mídia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our Products are intended to support spiritual reflection, personal wellbeing, and children's creative learning, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or educational advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
